After a tepidly received first outing, Sheen's Korner shifts into overdrive with its second installment, Torpedoes of Truth. The meat begins at 9:08, when Sheen hangs up the phone with his agent and begins freestyling.

This post was deleted for the following reason: yes we are aware that Charlie Sheen has been having sort of a thing lately -- cortex

WARLOCK TIGER WINNING WINNING

Sorry, had to get that out. As I mentioned in a previous Sheen thread, he reminds me of Tom Cruise during the "jumping up and down on Oprah Winfrey's couch" phase.

Okay, it's a little funny. But much more sad. Much more.

Can't watch this right now; does he beat up any women in it?

Charlie Sheen and related memes are played out. Let's stop paying attention and give this man the dignity to bottom out alone.

Does he ever blink? (spoiler: no)

Presuming this post lasts here (probably won't), is there anyone who's willing to argue that this guy is not completely out of his mind on drugs? Or that this could possibly end well for him and those unfortunate kids?

At the time of writing, Sheen has 2,065,167 Twitter followers. Is that enough to perform some kind of flashmob intervention?

I was kind of amused by his highly quotable recent outbursts until I saw this video. It's genuinely upsetting to see a man who's been a part of the cultural landscape virtually all my life so completely unhinged and undone by drugs, emotional issues and who knows what else.

The end of that video is kind of weird. One of the goddesses(?) comes in and shows actual human feeling for the dog...but doesn't seem to notice that Sheen needs help. Are they just on the money train or he's been like this for as long as they've known him or what?

IANCSMHCP. [I am not Charlie Sheen's mental health care professional.]

But he sure acts like a bipolar person in the grip of a manic episode.

You know, as much as all of this is most likely entirely his own fault, and many of the things he's said are bizarre enough to be funny, I think it's kind of terrible how much we're all enjoying watching someone's public meltdown.

Do we really need to be helping the enabling of this shit?

He's either ill or trolling. In either case it is inadvisable to continue giving him a spotlight.

Most definitely. The only drugs he needs to be thinking about are anti-psychotics. Is there no way for a mental health professional to intervene? What are the laws like in the states regarding involuntary hospitalization? I actually fully believe he is no longer on drugs and is instead experiencing a classic manic episode.

I feel bad for his manager/agent. I never thought I'd feel bad for an agent before. But, you know, I guess Charlie Sheen has surprises in store for all of us.

I followed him on Twitter like everyone else but he even sucks at being a public train wreck, so I unfollowed him

Also, he was the worst thing about Platoon.

In defense of the looky-loos, Charlie Sheen is kind of demanding that everyone enable him.

It doesn't mean we have to do it, but it's not like the guy is melting down in a vacuum, unaware of how he appears from the outside. He is literally inviting the world on his ride, and he is asking us to enjoy the show. Is it shocking that a lot of people are doing so?
