A cat with a Pop Tart torso and rainbow diarrhea? I don't really see the appeal.

Kinda obvious form the post text, but an auto-playing sound warning would be nice.
Especially for people who are up late coding and have their speakers set way up.

Wow. And here I thought the hour-long Pinkie Pie version was over the top.

What does Nyan Cat sound like when slowed down 800 percent?

Well, it's clearly Best of the Web. But there is an open Nyan Cat thread already. Not that Nyan Cat doesn't deserve all the thread it wants.

This is the new Rickroll. My favorite thing now is to send my scientists friends:

If Lady Gaga gets tons of threads, then so does Nyan Cat, goddammit.

This is just perfect after a university-friend-turned-professional-musician posted a link to his curation of experimental music tracks. The wonders of modern intarwebs with teh FB meant I could post "speaking of experimental music..." right after a selection of Eliane Radigue, Ben Johnston and Antoine Beuger. With Nyan Cat.

This has been added to my workout playlist. I may play it the entire 5 hour drive to visit my aunt and parents next week.

I'm a little sad the "subtitled" version isn't using YouTube subtitles. I'm curious to see if our player would explode.

"speaking of experimental music..."
Open nyan.cat in a couple of tabs and you've got some experimental music right there. I made it to three simultaneous Nyan Cats but then I had to bail out.
