7.1 Quake off NE Japan Coast; Tsunami Warning Issued

A strong earthquake with a magnitude of 7.1 has hit off the northeast Japan coast, prompting a tsunami warning.

nm, found the NHK English homepage and the English Tsunami warning page from the Japan Meteorological Agency. They're projecting a .5 meter tsunami.
