Like a lot of people, I've often thought about going gluten free. Even if you don't have celiac or
a gluten intolerance, the health benefits can be noticeable.
One of the key problems with going gluten free is finding practical advice. I came across this handy guide (for beginners) this weekend from someone who had a difficult time cutting out gluten and wants to make it easy for others.
Phase 1 Start Eating
Phase 2 - Remove the Obvious Gluten
Phase 3 - Try Some Gluten Free Grains
Phase 4 - Eliminating Cross Contamination in the Kitchen
