20 Guys Trying to Bang a Total Psycho on OkCupid. Online dating is taking over, and it’s as bad as everyone says it is. The general population is morphing into lazy, fake, desperate, and creepy weirdoes on the internet. Here's a little experiment to prove it. Make a fake profile on OkCupid based on a character named Marla. Please note that in the profile picture, you can’t see the face, boobs, butt, or anything that would indicate that she's physically attractive whatsoever. Yes, absurdity happens.

Haha, so much comedy goodness here, although it's too bad everything is stored as an image - no copying and pasting the good bits.

People on meat market-esque dating site want to "hang out" with single woman, news at 11.

Not yet sure what I make of this post in general, but just a second's clicking shows that there is plenty of information in the photograph, assuming of course it depicts the profile owner, to class this woman's body in the "conventionally physically attractive" category. Seriously, I was expecting to see a hand or an ankle in a sock or maybe just a graphic on a sweatshirt.

This answers the age old question: "Will most men fuck anything and/or anyone?"

That photo does look like it's of an attractive woman. And she does everything she can to come across as an easy lay, so it's... kinda obvious?

I really don't see what is so psycho about the profile. Definitely not attractive to me what with the poor grammar, spelling and txtspeak, but ... what's crazy about it?

The goal was to be as incredibly weird, rude, and unattractive as possible to see if guys would still talk to me. Seriously, who would waste more than 0.05 seconds on this white trash bitch? A LOT OF PEOPLE, APPARENTLY.

Yeah, mm-hmm, this is really breaking the gender-role paradigms, isn't it.

Don't they have to consummate the act before that question is answered, or do a couple of messages on the internet count as fucking these days ?

Easy, if crazy. But at that point they're already talking to her, the profile is way more normal than her chatting. Almost like she was doing it for the article.

Also, where's my dog testes ham drop biscuit collared shirt absurdity? Petroglyphs.

Yes, it's true, garbage in, garbage out.

I'm curious why the author didn't try to create a great profile that would attract awesome guys. Could it be because the low hanging fruit they seek to mock only shows they're in the company of peers?

This would be even better if all these people were from Walmart...

I've been doing it wrong.

I've read the whole thing now, and all I can say is that I think only a guy would bother to write this all out and act surprised about it. In my online dating days, even without the silly responses and positioning myself as open to low-stakes sex, I'd say these forays by men online are absolutely par for the course. THis is what fills up the inbox and means that most overtures get no response. I don't honestly think the general tenor of the offers from men will surprise most women who look for dates online.

For all the effort she puts into it, nothing in her fabricated profile reaches such heights of ugliness as this.

It's a good thing she didn't do that on JDate, cause on there you are dealing with a particularly annoying subset of single males.

Why she's gotta be from Queens?

I feel bad, perhaps I'm the only one taking online dating seriously? But it would explain the results so far...
