I literally caught my cat eating a baby squirrel this morning. Clearly he also reads Metafilter.

Also I'm pretty sure urban squirrels eat garbage, which is why we don't catch our own squab around here.

No way man! There are at least 5 to 8 mouth-fulls on each one.
Plus, they are TASTY!
I have been craving squirrel dumplings and a nice brunswick stew with squirrel lately. It's been twenty-five years since I have eaten them. Oh how we pine for the flavors of our youth(ishness).
I may need to correct this oversite of many years.

They're also angry little bastards so unless you plan to snipe one from afar with a slingshot of some sort, you have to defeat the fuckers in melee first.

I'm sorry about your heirloom tomatoes and and all, but I'm not eating squirrels. Squirrels eat garbage.
