A new App tells you exactly which parts of Malibu beaches you have access to and lets you directly contact authorities if your access is challenged. Nearly all beaches in California are by law accessible to the public, but Malibu beach homes have been the retreat of the mega-rich for years, who use signs and even security guards to keep the public out of beaches that the law says we can use. They hid behind convoluted, piece-meal regulations that were buried in paper documents in government offices. No more.
