This post was deleted for the following reason: This is a touching dramatic personal story, but we've read many similar stories and the "LET'S ALL FIGHT" setup with the NYT piece sort of promises a big, long, nasty, angry thread here -- of which we've also had many. Perhaps there's a better way to present this? Something more for people to discuss than just fighting the same fights again? -- taz
