Florida town casts out Satan If he's thinking of visiting Florida's west coast, Satan might want to steer clear of Inglis. The mayor of this small fishing village in Florida has declared the Prince of Darkness persona non grata -- in essence, telling him to go to the devil. ROLF.
This post was deleted for the following reason:
You can get your kicks on Route 666, and catch up on the first thread about Inglis' devil-banning mayor right here.

Rolf was the Nazi boyfriend in The Sound of Music. He later went on to become a piano-playing dog on The Muppet Show. Multi-talented, that Rolf.

Right! Rolf blew the whistle. Damn whiner...if only Capt. Von Trapp would have not given him that last demeaning remark, instead offering the hand of his daughter as thanks.

See, the thing that I really like about MeFi is that if I don't get a chance to read it for a few days, I can count on the really interesting stuff being double posted so it moves back up to the top where I'm more likely to see it.
All that is old is new again.
Hasn't there been an incredible rash of double posts over the last few months?

Anybody see that movie, "Pay it Forward"? what a load of crap. There ought to be a new MPAA rating to warn moviegoers of the presence of Helen Hunt.

In the absence of such an MPAA rating, it is usually possible to discern her facial features on the poster for the movie.

What if you see it on HBO, Mr. High-and-Mighty? No posters there! Should I have to perform due diligence on every movie I see? I think not!

Isn't it freaky when former child stars* want to be taken seriously, they grow a weak goatee like SCREECH!

luser, what you're really arguing for is not the intervention of the MPAA, but the broad availability of the HH-chip. I'm entirely in favor of that, as long as it can block any Meg Ryan film or recent Robin Williams movie.

tom hanks, who can believe that they made a film out of that man talking to a volleyball. and that people went to see it...
sadie... i've often wondered when watching a movie with leiblablahblah in it, "how did they get camera work like this when helen hunt was 20?"

I lived in Florida for two agonizing years and I can tell you with absolute assurance, it would be impossible to cast Satan out of Florida completely...

However, anyone who was paying attention during the election or the Elian Gonzales fiasco might think the rest of us could cast Satan out by handing Florida over to Cuba.

Helen Hunt may not be the worlds greatest actress, but she is absolutely beautiful to look at. And in a non-Pamela Anderson type of way, which in this bimbo-infested world is something to be grateful for.
