Meh. Trader Joe's is pretty much just Loblaws dressed like an Urban Outfitters.

I've only been in a Trader Joe's store a couple of times; it mostly seemed like all prepared food but at good prices. I guess I can see the value of suing him if their lawyers think that his operation would create problems if later TJs wanted to expand into Canada, but otherwise it's hard to see the harm being done.
