FTM pre-op transgender arrested for using men's room in NYC. The account (scroll down to "02-05-02") of an FTM pre-op's arrest and jailing for using the men's room in Grand Central Terminal. The defendant and her friends resisted arrest and a variety of charges have been piled on. I must admit I find this case surprising -- although MTF transgenders are frequently targetted by security and police for using women's bathroom facilities, I'd not heard of the reverse occuring. Might not be a problem if places continue the trend I've seen in bars and restauarants of unisex, single-stall bathrooms.

can you believe there have been 84 threads since then? it's almost like some things need to be posted twice so that people have a chance to actually catch them before they run off the page.
