Twitter harassment verdict.

The verdict in R. v Elliott was handed down today: not guilty.
This is ostensibly precedent setting on the application of (Canadian) law to online interactions, particularly on twitter, though I mostly see this whole process as a vindication of my decision to abandon twitter the year before last.
I don't have a copy of the judge's decision (probably too soon to get it), but I'd love to see it.
