IKEA Recalls MALM and Other Models of Chests and Dressers Due to Serious Tip-Over Hazard. IKEA in Canada and the US is recalling chests and drawers that are not anchored to the wall after several children were killed when the chests toppled.
Owners of this furniture can choose to either return it or order a repair kit.
