Really, that is a pandataur, one of the curious creatures who taught the ancient Greeks medicine (and died out because bamboo pretty much doesn't grow in Greece).

Just to be clear, the owner of this dog, bought a stuffed animal, cutout it's face, pulled out its leg fluff, sliced its backside open and shoved their dog into the horror show they had made.
