Al-Jazeera releases video tying Al-Qaeda to 9/11. The Arab satellite TV station aired an hour-long video Thursday in which Bin Laden and a top lieutenant proclaim Sept. 11th a "great victory" and claim the dead "19 brothers" who hijacked tha planes as members of their group. This, according to Al-Jazeera, is the first clear evidence of Al-Qaeda's involvment not produced by the United States.
