What word has the most špeĉiäl chârãçtérs?

Many languages add diacritics or special characters to our familiar Latin alphabet. What word—a real word, not a made-up one—contains the most such characters? For example, if there was a Lake Ƶúṗė̃ṝčâⱡìᶂɍāğíļîs̊tɨçe̋x̊p̆ȉäłīðỗç̇īǿüs̥ in Belarus, it would be that.
