Killer baked potatoes? Yet another food scare, this time on almost everything baked and fried, particular chips (in U.S. English, french fries) and crisps (U.S. English, chips). Sounds serious, and after reading this I'll never fry beetroot again.

...Though I don't doubt that you looked for it. I tried to find the previous thread by searching "french fries cancer," "frech fries," and finally found it by just searching "cancer" and scrolling through.
