Yeah, Republicans're fuckers, and they should all be killed.

Still, let's look forward to all the delicious scandals coming out in 2006. They shit all over the bed, and they don't have anyone else to blame anymore.

(Also, though I agree that there's something [obviously] suspicious about Ohio, using what looks--on the surface!--like numerology weakens one's point, as does starting any statement with "to me".)

TinFoilHatFilter: ...well, that's interesting. Within the last few minutes they changed all the numbers and now the problem has disappeared...

A blog is even less reptable a news source than an AP wire story. This thread needs to be dealt with in the same manner.

Bring on the quonsar

Well, if a blog link is less reptable, I don't wanna be more right.

Seriously, though, trout, I think this one was dealt with pretty thoroughly in the Atrios comments. Atrios had already backed off of it before you posted it.

Bait or no, I think the Democrats should push for an open and full investigation/verification of our voting procedures.
Prove the systems work, provide a paper trail, and allow Military to vote via same method. At least their voice would be added...

Let their one clear issue be on the voting system's accuracy.
I don't think they should expect to win again, if the system's allowed to be used everywhere.

They should be fighting for their political lives.

Im with Quonsar on this, Just because its Might pan to nothing or it IS uncomfortable, does not mean its not worth following,
I feel its more of an issue of some one using a placeholder number till they got the numbers but it MUST be investigted, the TRUTH demands it,, and WE as American deserve it, either way....

TO Paraphrase, "Your Either with the TRUTH or against it" Lets see where this road leads....

In this particular case, I thank quonsar, because no one on the left has gotten me as breathlessly, pathetically, uselessly worked up about this election as troutfishing.

Ok, ok not to kill the messenger or anything...

Even mild-mannered Democrats feel uneasy about the Ohio results. Who is coordinating action? The Democratic Party isn't, and it doesn't look like MoveOn is either. I have lost faith in my country's ability to conduct fair elections. What should I be doing about it?

All hail mighty quonsar, the shit runneth over. All hail!

By the way, do not, under any circumstances watch Fahrenheit 9/11 and then come to this thread. Very bad, very mad, very ready to take up arms.

We've all seen the suspicious activity, who do we report it to that doesn't report to that knob pretending to be the president?

No really, if the most powerful people in the world are also the most corrupt then really, who is there to stop them from doing whatever they want?

The French? Ha!

The Germans? Ha!

Poland? Maybe. But only if we promise to stop telling Polish jokes and I'm not sure its worth it.

The ICC? Aliens space creatures with a mind for justice?
