TheOnlyCoolTim - Probably. For some reason growing lights are only used by marijuana farmers, at least in the eyes of the police. Never mind that lots of people use them for aquariums and growing regular plants.
I used to use a HPS lamp for my hot peppers (when I had no lawn). I now have it in storage, because I have kids, and the last thing I need is some idiot knocking down my door because the inside of my house is too bright.
Fortunately, I now have a lawn.

I bought a really good wrench set from them about 4 years ago.
That was the last time I saw anything on there I would remotely be interested in buying.
