Journeys with George

Journeys with George is almost three years old. It was filmed by Alexandra Pelosi and documents the relationship between the journalists assigned to cover George W. Bush in his bid for election in 2000 and the candidate himself. Whether or not you support the President or not, it is worth a look (IMDb), even if you just fast forward to see Karl Rove in a snowball fight.

This post was deleted for the following reason: Uh, I'm missing why we need to see this three years later.

So what's your point? Go see a three year old movie? Hey, catch Citizen Kane and 2001 while you're at it.

And exactly why do I want to see Karl Rove in snowball fight? Or a bikini?

I will agree that Journey With George was entertaining and disturbing. The disturbing part was realizing that goofball ended up running the country. And his flirting with Pelosi was really creepy.

Her followup effort Diary of a Political Tourist showing the 2004 primaries didn't have that same specialness the first film did. But it did show the collective boringness of the democrats running.

However, this post does seem to be a few years late.

How about his photo on a thong?
