Surely you're joking, Mr Feynman

I must confess I have had a lifelong crush on Richard Feynman, and these stamps posted over at BoingBoing have me drooling. Apparently, I've been outed as a physics geek. "Physics is like sex. Sure, it may give some practical results, but that's not why we do it." - R. Feynman

I, too, am a longtime member of the Feynman Admirers Association. However, the stamps are a double post.

Oooh... scientist stamps... this might permit me to overcome my dislike of paper as a quaint physical medium of communication...

Oh, sure, he's cute and all, but howabout those dreamboats Werner Heisenberg and Niels Bohr!

There's always room for more Richard Feynman. Always.

(and, hell, I studied theology and political "science" in college... but Feynman is still a hero... H-E-R-O hero.)

Charming, funny, un-pretentious, super-genius. Not to mention that outrageous guy-on-the-street Brooklyn accent. What's not to love?

I love how every post that mentions Feynman turns into a love fest for the guy. But who am I to talk, I want to bear his children and I'm a dude!

I hear you TungstenChef. Wasn't there a sperm bank somewhere that had Nobel prize winners and an book review about some of them now as adults. If I could remember where I read it I'd link. Oh, and Roald Dahl's amazing book is based on that concept.

*drools moronically*

You know, I'm just sitting here sipping a refreshing Pepsi Blue and I begin to wonder suspiciously if infini is some kind of BzzAgent for the USPS or something.

I heard no bad stuff 'bout Feynman. And I had a psychology prof who required appreciation of him

What do physics and sex have in common?
If You do one, you think of the other.

And this is without mentioning the Tuvan Throat Singing.

I just started reading "Tuva or Bust," which details Richard Feynman and Ralph Leighton's adventures in trying to get to Tuva. Their stated reason for wanting to go was because it's capital city was awkwardly spelled KYZYL.

I once knew a girl named Tuva.
