If he's Finnish why is the site in Norwegian?

Even with that observation, I have to admit, it still doesn't make sense to me.

i guess thats supposed to be for relationship equality maybe? Would make more sense if the charachter doing labor for the frog prince was female, however i suppose they could have gay equality rights problems in Finland.
