Deaths in Iraq, an interactive approach

Interactive look at deaths in Iraq Watch in real time where people died thus far in the Iraq war. Check and uncheck the boxes next to the countries to include or exclude them from the total death count. Posted before but not since June 2005. If you've been above ground since then you know that there have been alot more deaths since then. I've watched it twice, i'm pretty sure it is portraying an exponential increase in deaths over time but I could be wrong.

Not real time at all, but I imagine that wouldn't make for a very good or impactful viewing experience.

Metafilterfilter: The Best of Metafilter

You know, I did read it - but I took "Posted before but not since..." totally out of context. It never dawned on me that he meant "on MetaFilter". I thought it was a reference to the flash site.

My apologies.

That said, if you regurgitate an FPP but declare so while doing it, then that's OK?
