Deaths on Everest

April 21, 2006 - Deaths in the Icefall Sad news on Everest. 3 Sherpas died yesterday in the Icefall, a big glacier that the climbers have to cross. Some of the huge free standing ice fins collapsed on them. Their names are Ang Phinjo Sherpa of Khumjung, Lhakkpa Tseri Sherpa of Mende, Dawa Temba Sherpa of Thame.

The Bellman, yeah, IMHO this one is worse because he's using a tragedy to drive the traffic to his site. That's pretty low.

The self-linkers that are caught are very obvious about it: using real name as account name, link to site from profile.
Which makes me wonder how many of the fractionally more clever ones never get caught...
