Coffee slamming Today I was introduced to the wonders of a coffee Tim Tam Slam.
Why has it taken me so many decades to discover this delight and why have the Aussies been keeping it from me?

WHAT
I just ate the last Tim Tam here where I work (I am not making this up) and I did not know of this excellent technique and now I am without Tim Tams, and...poo.

Wait'll you try Pocket Coffee. It's the cafeinne equivalent of freebasing pink Peruvian wrapped in David Crosby's cerebral cortex.

The Australians are also hiding the good beer and the pretty hookers from you. They just don't like you very much. Everyone else gets a free packet of Tim Tams and a detailed instruction sheet in the mail on their sixth birthday.

Tim-Tams are available in some UK supermarkets. Not sure if it's a new thing but I was excited to see them. (Also, Waitrose Supermarkets sell Coopers, Australia's best beer.)

My empirical research suggests the double choc Tim-Tam holds together best.

This sounds good to me, but I think I would just end up with a headache.

I grew fat and sassy on Tim Tams and Hahn Premium (not taken concurrently) during my years in Australia.
Upon the hookers, I cannot comment.

Generally the very largest Tescos from what I've seen.
Highly addictive business, slamming. Be warned.

I'm still voting for Twizzlers as best food-turned-straw.
