Ah, good ol' Blake.
Once again, I am left with the feeling that I have long known of a link that would make a great FPP, but never really realized it until someone else posted it.
Ah well, it is a nice site all the time.

Yeah, the interface in mind boggling awful. If anyone knows any other source for nice scans of his work I would be thrilled.

William Blake is one of the finest artists to have ever existed on the face of the planet. Unfortunately, that website is, indeed, painful to navigate - a shame, especially since Blake himself saw his engravings as absolutely part and parcel with his written works. A bright, shiny quarter goes to the wise individual who sets up a better page.
Alfred Kazin wrote a good essay on Blake.

One of the many good things about being a student in London was regular pilgrimages to see Blake's work in the Tate. I see they have a pretty good online resource on the great man.
