My name is Martha Gimler, GAP's director of Customer Services. Many of you have probably heard of our recent marketing campaign that included an email tracking device that recorded how many people you sent a message to you and rewarded you in free GAP merchandise.
This has been a hugely popular program, but in an effort to reign in the expenses for this promotion we've changed it a bit. Now instead of winning boxes of finished merchandise for every seven people you forward this to, we will send you free of charge one of our hardworking seamstresses.
These workers only cost us 11 cents an hour and are able to put out hundreds of garments in just a couple of days.
We'll include a free training kit with tips on how to keep your worker busy and productive including proper methods for barring exits, erecting barb wire fences (just like our factories in Macao!) and how to write your own "shadow contract" that'll keep your worker from wasting time going to religious services, marrying or quitting. We're sure you'll be happy with this new campaign so start forwarding!
