How is this even remotely like the SQL HAVING clause? The having clause filters combined rows based on aggregate functions. This looks up properties of things based on semantic information. HAVING doesn't do anything with statistical search algorithms. If your group by doesn't reference something explicitly in the database, then having won't work.
