Studio Execs have Rights Too

There's another side to the Writer's Guild Strike. [YouTube, single link] Moe Gaull is striking against Writers Guild treatment of studio executives. Financially, this could hurt him bad. Two of his six houses could be at risk of this drags on. Hear his struggle.
This post was deleted for the following reason: Let's not go crazy with the WGA updatefilter. Relevant thread is still very open. -- cortex
I'm pretty sure that's Teevee's Frank from MST3K.

I never got past "Two of his six houses could be at risk".
All I can say is "fuck him and fuck all six of his houses".

Ok, the writers' strike is now officially too boring for words.

This is yet another WGA Strike FPP which features writers' posts to YouTube.
Earlier today we had: Getting paid is the name of the game.
Yesterday: Quick to the internets!

Yesterday: Quick to the internets!
"As the WGA strike enters its second week, the writers have begun to flood the internet with brief videos explaining (and even making light of) their situation. A small collection after the jump."Do we need a new FPP for every creative YouTube video produced from the striking Hollywood writers?

The writers say YES.

But this one is TV's Frank! C'mon! You can't possibly be arguing that TV's Frank doesn't deserve his time in the sun...

Like the rest of the former MST3K-ers who are putting comedy content on the Intarwebs (what are there, 17 different sites they're doing now?), TV's Frank will benefit big-time from a long strike and a lack of "old media" competition. I smell conspiracy.

I don't know who TV's Frank is, but he bloody well looks like the the Mayor of Toronto.
I thought it was tongue in cheek. C'mon. 'We as studio moguls are the aggrieved party' — HELLO, Moe Gaulle, Studio Chief... 'Let's just say now we'll have to tell stories without stories'. WoooHa, BRILL.
A great act, not the actor out of work living in his 80 sq.ft. trailer.
What, you're telling me Moe is serious¿ Nah, no way.
Well done.

Did the actors go on strike too???
I dunno about the actors, but I fully expect the miners to come out in solidarity, returning the support for the times when the airwaves went dead in support of the various US miners strikes.
Had it not been for the writers support, the media would never have ground to a halt and the miners would never have won.
Oh, wait...

Ok, the writers' strike is now officially too boring for words.Yeah, they should get someone to punch up the story with a few pop culture references and a wacky misunderstanding.

I thought his delivery was great, very clean deadpan. I don't know why some people are hating on him.
(And, well I guess folk like newfers are the reason they invented the laugh track.)
