Getting plastic surgery, but not sure how you are going to explain your new bosoms to the kids? Don't worry, there is now a book to help you: My Beautiful Mommy , written by a supposedly renowned plastic surgeon (of course).
As can be imagined, there is a lot of commentary on this one:
