David Foster Wallace was found dead Friday.
His work was discussed many times on the blue.
I'm in a little bit too much shock at the moment to dig up some better link fodder, but his Charlie Rose appearance has always been one of my favorite interviews Rose has ever done.

Ah sweet fuck. Obscenities don't work. I genuinely thought where going to have another thirty years of Wallace. And, whatever shortcomings his work had, he was one of the most interesting of them. Some of the more despairing shit he wrote just got a lot more despairing.
