Okay, it sounds like Ms. McKinney claims that, in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, 5000 mostly male prisoners were executed and disappeared into Louisiana swamps at the behest of government officials, and that some Red Cross officials may be able to confirm this.

If true, that's disturbing. There's not a whole lot of evidence given in the video, though. Have families of prisoners reported anyone missing? It seems like it would be difficult to just make 5,000 people disappear, even if they were from a reviled segment of society.
