Shark Attacks!

When a Shark attacks (bites) and the target happens to be a human being, the Shark is at fault. When a human kills a Shark to use the fin to make "Shark Fin Soup", it is a "delicacy". Population of the human being is ever increasing. At the same time, at least in developed nations, obesity is increasing too. This brings up another aspect of modern life called "healthy living" and "exercising". Rather than spending your own energy and time to earn basic human needs like our ancestors did, modern soceities provide everything in plenty to you at your finger tips, probably at the expense of some poorer human beings or some other living creaturures somewhere in the world. When you have more enrgy and time, you have to find ways of spending them. One way of getting rid off these exess "Energy" and "Time" is by engaging in various activities called "Excercise", "Sports" and "Entertainment", sometimes playing with the very existance of fellow living creatures in their habitat. If something goes wrong, it is easy to blame the less evolutionised creatures than yourself.

I love MetaFilter: we now know there is a direct correlation between shark attacks and obesity.

One of the other ways you can use up excess "Energy" and "Time" is by engaging in what is called "Activism." That is when you make a "Pain in the Ass of Yourself" by making people feel "Guilty" about existing, because just by going on breathing, you're probably killing tons of other animals and destroying the environment by pumping out "Carbon Dioxide" into the atmosphere.

Won't someone think of the "Sea Kittens"?
