Brittany Murphy star of 8 Mile, Clueless and others, died of cardiac arrest this morning. She was 32.
This post was deleted for the following reason: This is about as lazy and rushed as an obit could possibly get. There's gotta be a better post waiting to happen. -- cortex
SLTMZ? Fail.

So sad. Hers was my favorite performance in Sin City. She really got the tone perfect.

Sad, she was young, but a single link to TMZ is pretty thin.

Single link TMZ was enough for some more "respectable" sources, apparently....

Agreed: this kind of post is the FPP equivalent of "First!" Don't know enough about her life and career to put something together any better, but Jezabel at least posted this.

She was the voice of Luanne in the TV series "King of the Hill" which I just learned from CNN and which eclipses her movie work, IMHO.

I didn't know that. That show bore me to tears, but that voice always made me laugh.
Also, simply saying "Fail" is just about as bad as single link TMZ posts. Just saying.
