I went with "HTML/display error" for this, but I think "it breaks the guidelines" would also work.

The HTML 5 canvas element combined with a little JavaScript could quite easily create a basic animation like this. If you want an idea of what HTML 5 canvas is capable of, take a look here or see this game here. (You'll need a decent browser to view the demos - latest version of Firefox, Safari, or Chrome)
