It's an Internationalized domain name. Since domain names are restricted to a subset of ASCII, a scheme called Punycode has been adopted to allow the use of Unicode characters in domain names. In this particular case www.gastónviñas.com.ar is automatically interpreted by an IDN aware browser as www.xn--gastnvias-r6as.com.ar. The .ar Top-Level Domain began accepting IDN registrations in 2009.

So the first two thirds of the video are more comprehensible, but the interpretation of bovine sexuality is quite strange. All cows (male and female) have cow udders, yet "cow porn" features cows with human breasts.
And then we get to final section where it appears that "male" cows have udders basically taking the place of testicles. And "female" cows have human bodies.

Browsers usually convert unicode domains back to ASCII in order to prevent phishing by using similar looking characters. So if you mouse over http://➡.ws/판ꄗ it shows up as "http://xn--hgi.ws/판ꄗ". They both point to the same thing.
but apparently ó and ñ are OK. Interesting.

The imagery of the video had me thinking about the art used in Pink Floyd The Wall.
