Punk as fuck.

There are a million websites dedicated to archiving images that objectify women- reduce them to living fuck-dolls- devalue them as humans- make it appear as though sex is an act of conquering a woman, penetrating her, owning her, essentially erasing her.
Am I not allowed to be sexual? Am I not allowed to be openly sexual? Am I not allowed to express what I find sexually appealing?
Is it too much to imagine that I might enjoy sex? That I might want it?
Is it too threatening to imagine that not only do I have a vagina, but that I might want to put it to use someday?
Or is it easier for people to think that I, as a female, am only unwillingly sexual when a male chooses to dominate/coerce me into sex?
Sexual violence isn’t just a physical action. The assumption that my sexuality can only come alive under the touch of a male is also a form of violence because it takes the power and control of my sexual identity away from me.
EACH AND EVERY BODY IS WORTH LOVING, EACH AND EVERY BODY DESERVES TO BE LOVED.

Honestly, I'm kinda tired of being told what I think when I look at a picture.
Speaking as a pretty average bloke, when I'm in the mood and I look at a picture of a woman in a sexual pose, objectification is the last thing on my mind. That's a woman, and she's looking at me like I actually interest her like that.
Because as a male in modern Western society, my sexuality is vilified more or less non-stop. If I express any sort of interest in a real female human being, I'm probably a creep or a pervert (the bad sort). I don't make the cut as the man the women want (not rich enough, not fit enough, not metal enough, not close enough to the marketed stereotypes), so my attention is (by definition, by socialisation, by conditioning) unwelcome.
This is the appeal of pornographic images; these are women that look like they give a damn about my sexual identity. Because most (and here I have to confess that I'm undeservedly lucky right now for the second time in my life) of them don't.
That being said, if you're punk and you want to fuck, then for fuck's sake say something to someone. The guy looking past you across the bar/stoplight/lockup is probably scared shitless because the last time he said anything open-ended to a girl half as interesting as you, he got the shit kicked out of him, and for all that a few scars might make him feel cool, getting kerbstomped for presuming how you feel is no way to end the night.
(Excuse the het pronouns. I'm straight, so it's how I think. Substitute as appropriate, though the carping about the vilification of the het male in today's society is fairly specific.)

Sure you are allowed to do all that, the internet (and indeed the entire world) is a wiiiiiiide place and there is a lot of room for everyone.
Go knock yourself out.
Is it too much to imagine that I might enjoy sex? That I might want it? Is it too threatening to imagine that not only do I have a vagina, but that I might want to put it to use someday?
No it is not too much to imagine or too threatening. In fact, I haven't seen anyone saying that is is too much. Have you?

The whole point of ILFyness is to get a pack of friends together and mercilessly tease one of them about how you totally fantasize about getting freaky with his or her parent. This results in a conversation such as, Bob your mom is totally hot (insert detailed sexual fantasy). I mean you noticed right (oh gross you'd totally make out with your mom sick or Hah Bobs mom is such a whore I heard she used to do porno). After this exchange Bob goes totally crazy, male hormones released in mild violence, everyone laughs later about what a "spazz" Bob is. Then we pick the next kids mom to be the MILF even though she has false teeth and a vag that smells of rancid French Fries. Hope this cleared things up on the ILF subject. If not ask your mom when she's done giving me my weekly rim job ( man that's really helped my hemeriods, that woman has a gift though she really should stop sexting me or do something about those veins on her...nevermind).

I'm a male in modern Western society too. We are no where near as oppressed as you seem to think we are. Seriously dude. We still have it waaaaaaaay easier than every other group in society.
Personally I feel very, very lucky to be in this group. I know for damn sure that if I were part of any other group it would be a fucking shock.
