This is not a thing that does a thing, unless by doing a thing you mean "not loading," in which case, yes, it is a thing that does a thing.

Too long, didn't load.

Oh, wait, I get it: Is it a metacommentary on the diminishing of contemporary attention spans as exemplified by the inability for anyone to wait twenty seconds for the page to load?

Too long to load; didn't read. (TLL;DR?)

Actually this may be a self-link: Avenger50 doesn't have a website listed, which is exactly where the link goes.

TechCrunch explains it here without too many big words or long paragraphs.

First it went to a page titled about: blank.

Then it said "loading" for a long, long time.

Then it morphed into page titled http://tldr.it/

It kept loading for quite awhile longer

Finally I was able to submit a query.

It said "loading" for long time.

Finally, the delicately ironic result:

The connection has timed out

The server at tldr.it is taking too long to respond.
