As a devotee of crazy personal fitness sites, I'd like to talk about The Orange Phase. It happens to *every single one*. They start working out, they get results and then they go a scary orange color and start frosting their shoot right past "fit" and into "beef jerky."

I just got to the post where he's talking about supplements that will fuck up his dreams and make him lose sleep, about 17 days in. I think it's interesting to read, if not a bit cruel, and it's a shame the post was better constructed.
