Ha HAAA!

Your sly concept art camgadgery is no match for my love of animal flesh, even this early in the morning.

Now I'm off to quaff the liquor from the bottom of the bacon bag.

We at Meatwater use only the finest protein, an organic compound composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen.

Does it come in crunchy frog flavor?

I drank this stuff at an art opening in NYC in August '09. The gallery was dedicated to pictures of MeatWater and a few tastings. It's actually not too bad if you pair it with the food you're drinking. But I prefer Jones' holiday packs.

There's no bacon (I know it's part of basic breakfast). How can you have Meatwater without bacon?

It seems to be "real" in that someone did mock up some bottles of the stuff as a sort of art project, but in terms of being able to actually buy it, probably not so much.

Unless this has something to do with the Meat Puppets song Backwater, I'm not interested.

The artist is Till Krautkramer. I saw the Meatwater prints and other work by him on the walls at Eight of Swords Tattoo in brooklyn... from the conversation I had, seems that Meatwater is not a commercially available beverage.

More of his art: Cheap Tattoo Removal (caution: severed limbs)

I dunno about cheap, exactly. It seems to cost an arm and a leg.

will be here all week, try veal etc

Denatured proteins in a drink? Most supermarkets carry protein powder these days. Or there's this toally natural stuff you could buy called "Milk". I think they also carry that in most grocery stores.

Krautkraemer said he's had folks from all walks of life inquire about his odd beverages, including athletes, carnivores, chefs and hungry college students.

Terribly sorry, but your résumé does not fit our requirements. Have you considered a career as a carnivore?

Yeah, as noted by pravit I posted this in 2008. Isn't this a double (original link from my original post)?
