Spaced Penguin!

Spaced Penguin! Looking for something fun and distracting? This rivals Electrotank's Minigolf on the cute and addictive scales.
This reminds me of the little games my friends and I used to write on our TI-85's back in high school. Granted, we had no space penguin or anything, but a good game of makeshift vector basketball helped get through many a cruel high school subjects.

fidelity, I think if you click, he'll reset and you'll lose a try.
when I beat level 16, it froze on me.
look at this screenshot and then imagine my colorful language, detailing what sort of penguin this is exactly, what he does in his spare time, and where he should put certain things in the proccess.

Kevspace: You're right about the resetting... I waited until he'd built up some distance though. It looked quite interesting by the time I did. Kevin was also rather tired, having gone over a million whatevers.

If you do it just right, you can get some monstrously high scores. On level 6, for example, I scored 80,937 points by forcing him to constantly circle the planet in an ever-widening arc.

my 6-year old nephews would approve. kevin is a creation of big idea productions, the folks that make veggietales.

I finished the game with what I thought was a not so shabby 338,395. But have you seen the high scores? Today's high score was 14,721,787 !! The all-time high score is 2,098,693,578. Yes, that's 2 BILLION!
Ikes!
That penguin has put some miles on his/her frequent flier card.

Hah nice little game. Sort of reminds me of the little demo game that came with Turing where you had to try and hit a target planet while being effected by the grav/anti-grav of surrounding planets.
You kind of feel like NASA sending the penguin into long arcing orbits around the planets. As a matter of fact, someone get right on that with a larger more solar system like game involving space probes. :P

I love that if you get into a good orbit, you can do exactly what skallas mentioned: let some time pass, come back and find that the penguin landed on the spaceship and you've wracked up an obscene amount of points by letting the him orbit (almost) endlessly.
My score was 299,727, which should have put me on day's high score list...but didn't! Grumble.
I like this little game a lot--thanks JParker.

There's only one flaw: it's possible to set up an orbit around one of those objects and keep going indefinitely.
Level 4 is quite good for that.
