I absolutely love YAB's animal work and yet I can't stand the aerials. Anyway, the amount of time it takes to produce each one of the livestock images is amazing. He produced a book of the work not too long ago and taken as a whole it's an incredible selection of images both technically and aesthically. Who thought images of livestock could be so interesting?

The pictures are amazing. Pigs, on the other hand, are just freaking spooky! I didn't realize until today that I would just as soon avoid a full grown pig, thanks. Cows, I'm fine with cows. Sheep...sure, goats if I have to...but pigs...not so much...that's just scary on the hoof, that is.

...awww, dejah, but the babies are so cute!

Great post Wet Spot, these are so fabulous. His other mammal series isn't half bad either.

Great link.

For bob: that's not a scrotum. It's an udder.
