Jennifer Connelly Happy With Nude Scenes

Jennifer Connelly Happy With Nude Scenes Hey, if she's happy, I'm happier. Actually, this is the happiest headline I have seen in a while.
The scene in Requiem is so F*** up, that I could never pick her out nude from the 2' dildo.

She's done us all proud, and I hope she keeps up the good work.
Her next movie is The Hulk. I doubt she will have a nude scene in it, though.

Say... anyone know where I can find a copy of the not-edited version of Requiem?

Before I saw this FPP, I'd never heard of Jennifer Connelly, or had any inkling of what she was all about. Now I know a little of who she is, as well as who a few of you are. So I guess these few minutes haven't been entirely wasted.
It makes more sense now. Thanks.

Requiem for a Dream was one of the first movies I saw with the Monday Night Movie Club, a small group of my local friends that drives to a run down theater in a nearby college town to watch independent movies on Monday nights. That specific scene in Requiem made such a jarring impression on us that whenever we see a subpar just just plain blah film like, for example, The House of Mirth, we almost always say to each other, "You know, that movie would have been a lot better if it would have had some ass to ass."

I've been a fan of Connelly since she starred in Labyrinth, when she was 15, before biology kicked in. I'm glad that she's finally getting the recognition she deserves for her talent. For a while she was getting typecast badly because of her looks. (She was absolutely wasted in "The Rocketeer".)

'Requiem for a Dream' is one of the most terrifying, impressive movies that I have seen last year. I didnt think anyone can 'enjoy' the scene in 'Requiem'.
I like Jennifer Connelly. I also wouldnt mind checking out a Jennifer Connelly hot scene on the net if it were easily accessible. But 'Requiem' is not that kind of stuff. If it were not such a well made movie that made its statement so powerfully, I would advise people to stay away from it. Its that depressing.

I recommend "Requiem" because it is a really, really good movie... not because I think J.C. is foxy (which I do) and not because her 'double-dong' scene is hot (which is isn't).

Astonishing how apologetic (and wordy) this thread has got since fold_and_mutilate posted.

actually, six short and sarcastic quick-jab jokes is about average on a typical thread before someone decides to bring up something serious about the post. More like good timing, I'd say.

Requiem for a Dream is sheer crescendo. The scene in question was the movie's pinnacle. If all you could get out of that was a fleeting "ass to ass" high five then you are the movie's, at least that scene's exact antagonists--you should have signed on to be an extra. I personally was ashamed to be male. Connelly, expressed that she was happy with her nude scenes because, more than likely, on a higher level, the scenes were that of ultimate artistic sacrifice. A point was to be made. A great sifter she became in this trying role; to discern the humane from the inhumane.

Speaking of ROCKETEER, Jennifer Connelly would be a great choice for the upcoming (?) BETTIE PAGE bio-pic, assuming Liv Tyler doesn't take the role.

Well, maybe not in Waking the Dead, unless you count that one intimate scene with Billy Crudup that's . . . well, it looks like you're watching two people who are actually in love and not like (as is the norm now) you're suddenly seeing the two lead chracters turn into an acrobatic hunk/buff couple straight out of cheesy Red Shoe Diaries episode (although they are definitely in lust too). It's so authentic it makes you want to turn your head away. The movie is terrible, though, so the acting was a huge sacrifice - a sacrifice of talent and soul to thoughtless editing and direction, etc.

Ms. Connelly was also really good in her first movie, Sergio Leone's great Once Upon a Time in America (long version). I want my DVD!

Um, no, this member of the 'Net community is perrrfectly happy with Mr. MacGregor's cock-waving crusade...in fact, I sat through all of "Velvet Goldmine" for a shot of MacGregor's cock.

Feeling guilty people?
Why? I haven't seen the movie, but it doesn't sound like it portrays anything yuckier than what Janine Lindemuller has done, only Janine has done it about a thousand more times. Is is extra-shocking because it's Jennifer Connelly?
I thought we were a rather jaded bunch...?
