Interactive Kung Fu Remixer. Create your own Bruce Lee-style sound effects extravaganza. There's a sequencer, a variety of different "modes" (suspense, mystery, fight and victory) and keys you can use to write your own vaguely Chinese-sounding "lyrics". Fun.

Ack! I searched, really I did! It didn't come up with anything (the URL has changed, which may explain it). Oh well...sorry for the DP, and thanks for the heads up.
