Yeah, but this one started as a morning radio skit. I heard it first around 1998 on 99x in Atlanta. Just the voice alone was enough to crack me up.
"Yeah, and you thought it was rain..."
Somehow, the Flash cartoon is not nearly as hilarious as the audio alone.

Yep. Heard the audio a long time ago and split my pants laughing. The flash just doesn't do it for me. The only part of the animation that added any humor was the East Coast / West Coast bit.

I think this is a Chris Rock bit. Anyway, it's defnintely funny, and unimproved by a Flash animation.
