The art of Le Parkour. Want to be a real life Spider-Man? Try keeping up with these guys.
Very cool.
I'm a huge fan of climbing and jumping. But my exercises don't get much beyond clambering up some rocks and jumping into water. This stuff is very impressive. It seems like a fun sport. Too bad I'm not quite as built/toned/in-shape as the guy in the video...
user92371, it doesn't seem to have much in common with Mummenschanz as far as I can tell. Well, both involve body movement, I suppose...
And it's much cooler than just driving a massive truck over stuff, betaray. This is a lot more physical and personal.

This is the same person who does all the leaping over rooftops in the BBC idents. I would link but the BBC site seems to be suffering from World Cup overload.

This reminds me so much of the Crouching tiger, hidden dragon movie. Amazing stuff.
