Marketing, meet Marketing. An Austin Powers-themed PowerPoint template (bottom of the page). The mind boggles. Something tells me the pitch for this was made with PowerPoint.
The best part of the austin powers promotional website is "minime.com" -- billed as "A website just as diabolical but at 1/8th the size!"
It pops up a little tiny window. hee!

"The projection for Q3 shows a revenue increase of $1.7 million and higher gross expenses of a mere $800,000. Does that make you horny?"

I saw the movie today. 100% pure poop. Two shining moments, but the lion's share of the film was made up of hackneyed jokes from the first two flicks. The promotional tie-ins are better than the movie. I loved the first two movies, and after much anticipation was very disappointed with this one. Now I know the pain that Star Wars nerds feel.
I always thought that monkeys and midgets were can't-miss comedy prospects. Only monkeys can save Hollywood now.
