Heaven-or-hell argument ends with shotgun slaying
An argument over who was going to heaven and who was going to hell ended with one Texas man shooting another to death with a shotgun, police said Monday.
So now we'll never know who was right - or does murder 1 and effective suicide suggest a spell in the "other place"?

I feel sure this made it into the national news because of the dateline: Godley, Texas.

Being from Texas, I'd like to be offended by the gross stereotyping of donkeyschlong's post....but being from Texas, I can't deny the truth of it.

I haven't been to Godley, but I have been to the town right down the road, Clenley.

I wonder if the argument ended with "I'll see you in hell!"
Now that would have been portentous.

I'm not sure if this solved the argument of whether there is a heaven or hell, but it sure is a good example of Darwin's Law in action.

I wonder if the guy also yelled "I don't deserve to die like this!" and the other guy responded, icily: "Deserves got nothing to do with it..."
Ok, ok, you can all tell what movie I watched over the weekend...

religion + alcohol + gun + trailer park = good time in texas
One day! One day all the small towns in Texas will magically disappear and be replaced by cultured, tolerant centers of learning... one day...
At least the Texas Conveyor Belt of Death won't be burdened, eh?
I dunno. One of the guys is charged with first-degree murder.

"I've killed women and children. I've killed everything that walks or crawls at one time or another. And I'm here to kill you, Little Bill, for what you done to Ned."
Wherever they go, I hope I'm in the other place.
No kidding. My personal idea of heaven does not include people like this.

And we have a winner!
You better bury Ned right. You better not cut up nor otherwise harm no whores, or I'll come back and kill every one of you sons of bitches.
