UPDATE Father speaks despite gag order. Jack Stratton was sentenced to 30 days in jail today (no link yet - but all over the radio). This story first posted here involves a two-year struggle between big government and the little guy.
This post was deleted for the following reason:
just re-read that and i relize maybe what i said was vague. what i mean is, we have no idea what the charges are, so it's hard to say much about it except, "poor couple. wonder what they did?"d

10.
10 kids.
Having kids without having a plan to support them is neglect in my book.
But so is dumping them into the labyrinth of social services that they'll no doubt be wandering through over the next few years.

hmmmm... why haven't we heard the whole story?
Oh, that's right. There's a gag order on the case. By violating it, Stratton has been able to say pretty much whatever he likes without the prosecution saying otherwise.
