The Phantasy Landscapes of Verner Panton

Verner Panton, a fantastic Danish architect and designer known for his wild interiors and furniture. “Most people spend their lives housing in dreary, grey-beige conformity, mortally afraid of using colours.” He definitely was not afraid. Tak skal du have, Verner!
I'm fairly sure it's Danish for "stoned out of his gourd."

I was looking in some my-first-design-book yesterday and I saw some of this guy's work. Looks like great nightclub fare. Anyway, cool links.

...and for those lovely rooms how about some furniture? Pour me a metropolitan baby, I'll be in the Bubble Chair.

Admittedly, its very cool looking and I would love to end up in that 'cave' room one saturday night, but its impractical. Can you imagine trying to vacuum/dust that room?
